1. What is the fee to join Digital Seva as a Retailer?

Retailer onboarding is completely free. There are no compulsory monthly subscriptions or hidden maintenance fees. You simply load funds into your wallet to cover wholesale application processing fees.

2. How quickly are PVC Smart Cards delivered?

PVC print orders submitted before 3:00 PM are printed and dispatched on the same business day using high-speed courier/Speed Post. Delivery typically takes 24–48 hours depending on your district.

3. What happens if a customer's application is rejected by the government authority?

If an application is rejected due to departmental errors or ineligible parameters, the wholesale fee is immediately refunded back to your retailer wallet along with operator feedback.

4. Can I add team operators to my store account?

Yes. Distributors and multi-counter retail hubs can configure operator sub-accounts with restricted wallet expenditure limits through our administrative panel.
