Welcome to Digital Seva Portal. By registering as a Retailer, Distributor, or Customer, you agree to adhere strictly to the following regulatory standards:

1. Citizen Consent & Identity Verification

Retailers must physically inspect genuine original identity credentials prior to uploading digital scans. Submission of forged or misleading records will result in immediate permanent account termination and referral to jurisdictional cyber authorities.

2. Wallet Balances & Refunds

All deposited balances belong to the registered business entity. In the event of service rejection by processing desks, debited fees are refunded in full to the operator wallet.
